Dial One Johnson, Plumbing, Heating and AC Repair

Dial One is a great company. I installed a crawlspace dehumidifier and, after a week, it wasn't working properly. Upon inspection, Emmitt and Big Dan quickly identified and corrected the problem. The dehumidifier was not level and its pump was not able to reach the water in the collection pan. No parts required and done in less than an hour... problem solved. Great service with no shenanigans; they were timely, clean and personable. They explained things so that I could understand. I will definitely call them next time!!!

I love the prompt response. James knows his craft. And is very friendly and patient when walking me through the repair. The price was reasonable and I'm satisfied with the work. This is also James second time out here. He repaired my gas line last year. He did a awesome job. Thanks Dial One

Just had a new garbage disposal installed due to my current one going out. Although I wasn’t prepared to pay the $500+ cost of a new one we decided to move forward with it. Johnathan and Josh were very helpful and quick. They even showed us how to clear clogs to eliminate the need for future service visits. Definitely considering using Dial One for my heating and cooling needs. I had a positive experience from calling to make my appointment all the way until the technicians left my home. If you are deciding not to use their plumbing services, please reconsider. No complaints!

Fast response when I called for service. The person that took my call in the office was so patient and helpful. Technician Jose was prompt, worked efficiently and with professionalism. Explained everything he did and answered all questions to our satisfaction. He was friendly and respected our property. This is a great company and I definitely recommend them as a service provider.

Michael Bookman was very professional. He did a great job installing our toilet.

Michael was a very nice young man. Everything went well. I still have a question about when water quits seeping into the pan the water heater sits in. I can’t put the sensor in it because it still has seeping water coming out from around the water heater bottom. I’ll probably call in the morning. If somebody has an answer, I would appreciate it. I’m also a worry wort. Thank you for getting us help.

We had a heat pump installed. They were very informative and great customer service. Had a few questions and l called and the was very quick with the answers. Although the heat pump is too loud ( l think) it may be the brand of heat pump. Thats the reason for the 4 stars. Other wise Dial one Johnson has great customer service.

What made Jose stand out as a worker was the way he conveyed what he had done when replacing my air filter in my house and the other things he had checked. The guy knows his stuff! He helped me understand why replacing my air filters was so important to prevent future damages and for maintaining healthy air in the house. Thank you, Jose.
